Kotel Investments, Inc. is a Real Estate Investment company. Rami and Jeff Kotel are the owners of the company and have been in the Real Estate business since the mid 1990's.
They have owned and managed several apartment complexes in California. Rami and Jeff started focusing in the Texas market in 2002, and have since been very active in Texas commercial real estate. Through several subsidiary companies owned by Rami and Jeff, they have purchased land sites, office buildings, warehouses, and special purpose properties. Jeff and Rami developed several office buildings and a high quality shopping center on about five acres of land. Most of the properties purchased or developed have been leased and will be held as part of their portfolio.
Through their investment firm, Kotel Investments, Inc., Jeff and Rami have also brought in some equity partners. The firm has purchased distressed properties, renovated, and sold them for high returns.
