Most of our real estate acquisitions are located in Texas, primarily in San Antonio through Austin. We focus on distress sales with upside potential. These properties require lease-up, renovations, and other improvements. After this is completed, we market the properties for sale at a profit or hold on to them as part of our portfolio.
